Grace Wilson

Over the years, serving as the Director of Spa Training and head massage therapist for The Chopra Center for Wellbeing, Grace has touched thousands of people from all over the world, including spiritual and political leaders, Hollywood celebrities, socialites, professional athletes, and, of course, regular people from all walks of life.

"I love the work we do at the Chopra Center. We get to witness, and to some degree, participate in our guests' transformation. It's amazing to see a person's life completely change in only five days. And because I've seen it over and over again, I know for a fact how incredibly resilient our bodies are. You take yourself out of your crazy, everyday life, give your body a little love and attention, and it immediately starts moving back into balance. I could never work anywhere 'normal.' "

Her first book, "Massage In Minutes: Simple Techniques for Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere," came from her desire to create something more user-friendly than the DIY massage books currently out there.

The techniques in "Massage In Minutes" are simple to learn, easy to perform, feel great, and are incredibly effective. She re-educates readers that, if they have 10 minutes and a little bit of floor space, they can give or receive a great massage. No special equipment is needed, no oils are involved, and everything is done through loose clothes.

"Massage In Minutes" was released in January 2007 and is available in bookstores everywhere.
